Three Verticals

1. Last Mile Connectivity and Augmentation Projects:

• Increase the share of cargo moved through Railways
• Addition, alteration, improvement in last-mile connectivity to and from Ports
• Projects to be funded completely by Ports, being the sole beneficiary

2. Augmentation and Operation & Maintenance of Internal Port Rail Systems:

• Strengthen existing infrastructure for faster evacuation of dedicated cargo
• Bring incremental improvements in turnaround time and other performance indicators
• Incremental reduction in manpower and improvement in productivity

3. Hinterland Connectivity Projects:

• Equity participation in large-scale, multi-beneficiary connectivity projects: Salegaon-Paradip, Indore-Manmad, etc.
• Leverage the Participative Models of Railways: JV Model, NGR (Non-Govt. Railway) Model, etc.
